Tangier and cinema, it’s a real love story illustrated today by this new meeting with the Mediterranean short film. The festival at its eighth edition, is already positioned as one of the major events dedicated to the cinephilia, the promotion of short films and to cordial and convivial exchanges. The short film draws us a plural, mythical and immaterial Mediterranean, just like the mythical image of the ancient tales that nourish its horizon bathed in light. An inland sea that witnesses to the birth of tragedy, the rules of dramaturgy, the homeland of the great travel stories. Tangier is a generous and hospitable stopover on this journey through the imagination. We welcome you all and wish you a great festival. |
