The short film is no longer a concentrated full-leng-th film, just like a full-length film is not an extended short film.
Each one of them in its space constitutes two words of narrative construction that are different, specific and autonomous.
It is unfortunate that encounters and Festivals in their majority deal only with full-length films.

True, there is always a "corner for the short film" in the Festivals as if to signal a precotion or a compassion, but on the whole, the short film will always get about between the common status of beginner’s small missive and that of marginal off-the subject exercise.

Tangier, like a few rare locations throughout the world, intends to believe in a better life where the short film expresses, in the same vein as the full-length film, the passion of the image and the film density that can in no way be ignored.

And that is the Mediterranean, once again, that can save the stakes, as it has been able to do so for the last 24 centuries, since the invention of revlexive thought.
The Mediterranean, yes, this horizontal fiction that goes from Tangier to Beyrouth, passing by all the islands that emerge as signs of happiness.
